Written By NeuroArts team Tagged As Recap Event

Our recent charity NeuroArts teaching class for 55 children in Tram Tau,Yen Bai was a memorable experience for both the children and our team. The objective of this event was to introduce children to the world of NeuroArts—a distinctive approach that combines neuroscience with arts to promote well being and cognitive development.

Taking place at Ta Xi Lang Primary and Secondary school, the class created an interactive environment for the children. During the session, youngsters had the opportunity to explore the basics of neuroscience through engaging activities such as art, music and creative exercises. This helped to nurture their skills in expressing and processing their emotions and ideas. The aim was to make learning enjoyable and relatable allowing them to gain an understanding of how their brain connects with their expression.

The children showed curiosity and enthusiasm for the lessons. Witnessing their eagerness and creativity while participating in the activities was truly motivating. We focused on exercises that promote relaxation, concentration and mental well being, guiding children to understand the importance of caring for their emotional health.

One highlight of the event was witnessing children actively engaging in NeuroArts activities. Whether it involved drawing, making music or practicing mindfulness techniques, kids explored outlets for expressing their feelings. These activities not only built their self-confidence but also instilled a sense of achievement by encouraging them to express themselves freely without judgment.

In addition to the aspect of education, during the event, we shed light on the importance of promoting health particularly for children residing in underserved areas with limited resources and support. It served as an opportunity for kids to bond with others, boost their self esteem and acquire valuable life skills.

We would like to thank the volunteers, educators and community leaders who contributed to the planning and execution of this event. Their dedication and support were crucial in making the gathering successful and ensuring that the children had a wonderful experience. This charity teaching class marks the continuing of our efforts to introduce NeuroArts to communities. We are excited about reaching out to children in the future. We believe that the skills learned during this session will not benefit the kids’ health but also contribute to their holistic development.

Stay updated on our upcoming activities! Once again, the Southeast Asia NeuroArts Foundation wants to extend its gratitude to everyone for being part of the memorable, and fulfilling experience during this trip.
